How to get reports in excel for Trello



Timesheet

To get timesheet report, please, navigate to the Timesheet page.

Here you can filter by:
- Team
- Member(s)
- Board(s)
- Card(s) (if needed)
- Date range
- Bug fixing

Change all these filters to respect your needs and click the Apply button.
In a few seconds you will see timesheet brake down by member with regard to filter.



Get totals

To get totals per member for every board (consider board as a whole project), please, navigate to the
Timesheet page.
Set up all filters and click on the green "Get totals" button.

You have two options:
- Download Excel with HH:MM Time Formating
- Download Excel with Decimal Time Formating

In the first case all time fields will be in the time format, like 3:24 (meaning 3 hours 24 minutes).
In the second case all time fields will be in decimal representation, like 3.4 (meaning 3 hours 24 minutes).

All totals calculated with regard to hourly rate you specified at the Setting page.
Hourly rates are visible and used by your account only. No other team member will see them.



Get totals per card

If you use Checklist as time tracking instrument then you use every card as project.
In this case you might need to get totals per card rather than per board. To get such totals, please, navigate to the
Timesheet page.

Select card(s) you want to get totals for and click on the green "Get totals per card" button.

You have two options:
